Don't I look great? I've got a new roof, a new coat of paint and beautiful peaked dormers. They really make my upstairs room seem spacious. I'm so happy to have my front porch back. I think it makes me look young again. Now if they would just give me a new sidewalk and some decent landscaping, I'll be happy for another twenty years. Remember in 1938 when the assessor said I only had a life expectancy of 17 more years? I guess I've shown him!
